There are some translations of the french sites available. I am also
in the process of builing one of these systems from info on the
french sites, I haven't found much in North America. I, like you am
fed up with cutting templates!

There are two functional machines built from the plans available in my
neck of the woods and both work great.

FYI, The shareware software (around 25$ US) described on the links
below is available in english and a 30 day trial download is
available. If you do this and have a look at the software I garantee
you'll decide that you absolutely NEED one of these setups!
