Just got 3-in-1 machine from Harbor Freight

It's their larger model 44142. I'm attempting to convert to CNC - just got
the requsite G320s and servos from Dan Mauch.

Judging by the quality I've seen of the machine so far, it will be a LOOONG
project. :( Anyone else done one of these before?
