from the little documentation I've seen on the LPKF machines they seem to use
a variation of the HPGL plotter language
you might want to look into the EaglePCB program to find more info ,I've
used the outlines.ulp included with Eagle to do the isolation (has an hpgl
option) and from the user files section of the download page there is a
utility for drilling on the lpkf machines
( ftp://ftp.cadsoft.de/pub/userfiles/ulp/lpkf_drl.ulp )
you could run a few tests with it to see what the output format is and try to
match it from the other programs
