I was wonderen' who this "newbe" could be! I'd search for rabbit
support lists, and see what 'C' compiler they suggest. There are a ton
of books on 'C'. Actually, C++ tries to take over. All new books are
probably on C++. While useful for BIG projects, it's not the best
choice for imbedded ones.

I'd have to recommend "The C Programming Language" by Kernighan and
Richie, and about the only other 'C' book left at home is "C Primer
Plus" by Waite, Prata and Martin.

Need more? I'll have to check the bookshelves at work! Most are
probably out of print!

Z80? Where have you been?
