You can still buy this book from Village Press (Home Shop Machinist
Magazine). Their web site is www.homeshopmachinist.net.

Go to the online store under books, shop projects. It's $18.00.

At the Cabin Fever Show last weekend they were selling them. It's
definitely not "out of print". Shipping to Pakistan might not be fun,
though.
