cad for linux

I was cruising for wares for linux today and I ran across something of
interest, especially for all of the linux die hards. It looks like yet
another linux project funded by the US government.

It looks interesting except for the fact that you have to fax back the
agreement to recieve the source code. Apparently it gives a bunch of solid
modeling software a run for their money.
Give me open source or give me open sores.
