WOW!!

In the software world we have a problem called 'feature creep' throwing
on everyting, even the kitch sink, to a product.

I though this was going to be the SIMPLE black box to handle the
critical timing issues. Now we've got 8 axis, backlash comp, tool
offset, circular AND linear interp, quadrature encoders, analog to
digital conversion, digital inputs, ....and on and on.

The idea here is to make the black box do the time critical stuff, let
the PC with its much more powerfull processor and huge memory do the
reset.

Some of these suggestions would make the black box more complete than
EMC!

Keep is SIMPLE!!! It will take an army of programmers to write all this
code and TEST it.
