cheap HF trim router vs Dremel

Hi guys,

I've been searching the list for posts
of really cheap ($20.00) routers vs
the hobby type tools such as Dremels and
Roto-zip's

I was looking at the Harbor Freight 44914 for
around $20.00

has anybody used these for PC board routing ?

the notes I did find questioned the bearings
and longevity of them.

I am planning on very light milling
and etching PC boards, so power is not
really a concern.
