Jan is on target here....... Buy more than one of these if you go this route.
Make your mounting bracket with a quick release handle like the Dewalt mount of
the Data-Cut Router. Then when one goes bad, you simply drop a new one in place
and continue. No alignment hassles or tools to use. Then, Make sure you rebuild
the bad one before the other one croaks.

The Dewalt Trim Router I used lasted on and off for a year, though I use my
engraving spindle quite a bit. Having two of them kept me from being dead in the
water.

I've been curious how that NEW Dewalt Rotozip lookalike will work on small
machines. i have NOT been impressed with the actual RotoZip units. High RPM, but
really no sustaining power AND the collet lock is "iffy".
