How many LPT ports from a PCI slot?

Hi All -

I think I asked this before (buried in another topic), but didn't
get any answers, so here it is again:

How many parallel ports can be accessed from one PCI slot? I have
seen 2 parallel ports on one card, but can you get 3? I'm
wondering if I could somehow get one of those all-in-one PC's with
a single PCI slot, to work with IndexerLPT, which will need 3
parallel ports. Actually making/obtaining the card is another
issue....
