They are sister publications and are issued on
alternate months. I feel that Machinist's Workshop
tends to carry slightly more meaty articles, but
that being said, it is Home Shop Machinist that
is publishing Roland Friestad's articles on CNC
conversion of a mill-drill as part of his
Computers in the Shop column. Roland does conversions
as part of his commercial business and his articles
reflect this by having lots of practical, accurate
information.
