Welcome, and your web site is certainly a great contribution and help
to a number of us other balsa butchers. I checked out your link to
http://www.drilltechnology.com/ and note that they have several
kinds of .0312 router bits. Diamond cut,chipbreaker, RH, LH and
different points. Which have you found to work best for; (1) balsa
up to 1/4 and (2) ply (lite-ply) up to 1/8? I am using a dremel
mounted in a Sherline 5400 mill and have tried all the dremel bits,
roto-zip(sp) 1/8 etc. with varying success.

PS. A couple years ago, dremel packaged a little router accessory
with their promotional combo sets. I made an adapter to mate one
part (that actually holds the dremel) with the Sherline. I doubt that
too many folks have that paticular router accessory and that still
fewer want to mount their dremel to a Sherline, but I think I
saved the drawing and could take a photo if anyone is interested.
