I used to have an old dos program called copy2pc. I forget if it was
a com or exe file. It would copy any disk and basically defeat any
protection scheme. Lotus 123 used the same type of routine where
they hid verification info in bad or unused boot sector space. If
you can find a copy of it I can almost guarantee it will work.
