Thanks Hugh, I may have to start looking for a good toroidal. I could still use the auto for testing ,etc. My main
drives will be geckos which make it simple, what complicates the situation is the variable voltage and amp
control which I neet to test other drives and motors. ie. old
L/R drives etc. this would eliminate nasty current resistors.
I had a nice 50A lambda power supply that would have been perfect if I hadn't been an idiot and sold it! I think I am looking for too many things in one package
