You are likely to run into problems. One list member mentioned that he did a
setup which gave him exactly 80 V but did not take into account that his
mains would sometimes swing a little high. If I remember correctly it caused
a drive failure. I think Mariss has also said that there is a significant
decrease in lifespan for every volt above 80, but don't remember the exact
increments.
