I think it is usually on pin 3, but it is user assignable.

it selects which parallel port data bit is to be used for the spindle forward
command. The bits are numbered starting from 0, so this is the 2nd least
significant bit. The parallel port data pins start at pin 2, so pin 3 is index
1. (pin 2 would be index 0, pin 4 would be index 2, etc.)
