Thanks for the suggestions. The programming language is C. I have
converted the bulge to a radius value, so now I just need to figure
out the equations to take the start x,y , finish x,y and the radius
to get the appropriate I,J values for the different quardents. I've
got it to work with one quardent so only 3 to go. I am using a I,J
calculator that I found on the web to verify my solutions, to bad it
is not open source code.
