Here's a formula from Techno-Isel:

M = Fp/1800pi

where M is torque, Nm
F is output load, N
p is pitch, mm

Formula assumes 90% efficiency, or the constant would be 2000. Makes sense
that pitch is a necessary, it's what determines amount traveled per rev.
