SPC protocol

Has anyone figured out the SPC protocol for thoses CAL Aero/JTS type
DRO units. I have seen links for the Digimatic DRO's but they seem to
differ slightly.
Theses DRO's call four pins out as + V,-V, Clk ,and data out. Not
sure if some are open collector. Not sure what they mean by +V??
The data is transmitted twice, at one of two rates. Do not know how
to change the rates yet. I am scoping the data lines at different
measurements in an effort to figure these things out.
