RE: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] rotary phase converter

All the rotary phase converter plans I have looked at (and I did a lot
of looking before I built mine) convert 1 phase to 3 phase at the same
voltage. I have not seen any that also change the voltage. I think you
would need a transformer to handle that part.
