You can't get there from here. You need a 220v converter, and a
transformer. I designed, and had a 15KVA (about 20 hp) isolation trx built
for me with 220/230 taps on the primary, and a zig-zag wye secondary with
440/460/480 outputs taps, so I could zero-in real close on the voltage.
The reason for the zig-zag was to pull current through all three coils for
each output to balance the 'stray' leg-voltage that rotary converters are
usually stricken with. Cost me about $800, but maybe they'd do a second one
for less now. Contact me off-line, if that's the way you want to go. (I'll
tell you about the problems I had trying to get a 'commercial' unit to do
what I wanted.)

recommendations, things to look for and things to avoid?? I need drive a
CNC mill that is wired for 460v 3 phase. Also using VFD GPD 506 for the
head(s).
