from there click on the "download a free copy of intellicad 2001" hot area.

There's also an "Intellicad Consortium" page that you can join to download
the source. If you want it only for personal use, there's no charge. If you
want it as part of a commercial venture (that is, you want to modify
Intellicad and sell it as a product) there's a cost involved.

The primary difference between the "free" CMS release and the "not free"
release is the inclusion of VBA as a macro language in the "for bucks"
release. There are also a few additonal fixes, and the claim is the "for
bucks" release is more bug free than the "free" version.
