Actually it's still free but they hide it. Go to the page mentioned
above and at the bottom left it says "Download Intellicad 2001
(evaluation version registration required)
You need to register, just your email address and they send you a log
on password. This opens up a page and the download is in section 4
and the manual is in 7 or 8.
Even though it says evaluation this is the free non crippled version.
Well worth it and the log on will get you access to the help forum.
