This may sound a bit like heresy but...
I have made hundreds of PCB's on a professional grade PCB Mill
(LPKF). I have become convinced that it may not be the easiest
approach for home. Why not use CNC to just drill the board, and then
etch it using conventional methods ? The tradeoff is the
mess/chemicals, but it is quicker and probably cheaper (PWB routers
and endmills are ungodly expensive)
