Jason:
CncPro DOES support constant velocity contouring IF you get the full
version and not the LITE version. It uses G60 and G64 (similar to a FANUC
controller) to turn it OFF and ON. I use Cnc Pro on router retro fits and
find I have no problems with cutting speeds as high as 300 inches per minute
( usually one doesn't cut wood that fast without very special tooling ) The
only problem I have had is with VERY small moves where it will cause the
router to run very jerky. Usually this can be reduced or even eliminated by
playing with the setup configuration files.
