Anilam Conversion

I've posted questions and answers to this group but have never seen
them. I'll try again. I know I contacted some of you before but I'm
looking for more on my options.
I have a knee mill with Anilam Crusader M controller. I don't know
if the motors are stepper/servo, but the tag reads as follows: MT30M4-
59, S/N:G10050, Const Stall Torque:3Nm, Max RPM:2400, Volts:140,
Pulse Amps:30, Tacho:9.5 volts/1000rpm, made by SEM in England. Can
someone please help me to decifer these motors? What can I keep/get
rid of? Some say redo whole thing, some say just add this or that.
My problems is that I'm not quite as schooled as most of this group
on the electronic componenets. I understand you need a power supply,
motor drivers, motor driver amplifiers, motors and control software.
Please correct me if I'm wrong with anything I say, this is what I've
gathered in the past month reading this group. This is an incredibly
interesting group and I hope to learn more from you guys. Thank you
for any help.
