This sounds like a good plan. Big bright LED Displays while the LCD
could display little used info like spindle speed, Amper draw and
such. I do prefer the Green LED Displays. Lots easyier on my eyes.
Harder to get though.
One thing about some DRO's that drive me nuts are cryptic Menus you
have to scroll through by pushing this button holding that one down
and so on. I also like Keypad entry. But better still and never seen
are the individual "Thumbwheel Switches". Would be great for quick no
brainer reference setting.
