engraving bits for PC board routing

What sorts of bits have people used to rout PC boards?
I have a bit from Drill Bit city, from their Circuit Maker Kit.
The minimum width routed out is about .025", which seems a bit wide to me.
Does anything make a narrower cut, without raising too much of a burr?
Home made bits?
Elliot
