You want to machine the intensifier yourself? Do you know what sort of
seals they use on a 50,000 PSI pump? I'm sure the sliding seals have to be
pretty exotic, and even the fixed seals have got to be pretty special (copper
O-rings, I'd guess). You sure can't hook this up with rubber hose, pipe
clamps and NPT fittings!

You also need to be aware that if a leak occurs in your general direction,
they can bury you in a series of small boxes!
