Thanks for all the feedback, this is a great group! I don't expect to
really get rolling on my project until November or December, since my wife
is due in about three weeks. I will continue to compile information from
this group though.

Hi Gang, Well i have done egraving with my small 3 axis mill, i also did g81
peck the drill for a jig plate,and have done some move from point "a" to
point "b" with depth changes. today i used a small cam program and made
pocket, with a bore in it, and then a ring in it and a post in it....Either
i have a real case of Machine"itus" or this stuff is beginning to make
sense! I also cheated the softwear and adjusted the hole size by changing
the size of the tool diameter(insoftwear).....I am having FUN now! cul brian
