That's why it is 3D+ and not 4D. 3D plus a rotary axis or something,
with the tool still firmly rooted in 3D space.
Strictly speaking, for CCEDer's, 2D should be 3D and 3D should be 4D
because when tool move at varying feedrate, there is a third/fourth
dimension - time.
