can you describe the motor ?

you say new, is it square ?

if you want some guidelines on mystery motors, search for mystery
motors. the post will offer seuuestions to let you connect it with
little risk.

if you want the low down, get the owners manual, sales brochure from
Oriental Motor company.

if you want the details on how to connect it, once you know if it is
4,5,6 or 8 wire, check out the white paper in www.geckodrives.com
under support, 201... you'll find it.

if you want to know the best way to connect it, check out GUIDE TO
STEPPERS from a post yestarday.
