There was also a page by Art at: http://www.surfsouth.com/~axtein/ it has
moved, and the link to go to it does not work for me, but if Art speakes up,
it is a pretty good setup, and uses one idler pully to get twice the movement
in the cable for greater resolution, IIRC.

Art, please come forth and give us the latest.
