Case of the missing DRO web page solved!

Well to make a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOg story short.
On 8/30 after a couple of terrible day of Klez virus (about 40 of them), it
finally locked up not only my machine, but my ISP. For a few days, I had
been able to use "web mail" to delete the affected e-mail. However this
time, it wouldn't and I had to call tech service. They are a third party
provider and after being on hold for 20 minutes with both the tech guy and
his supervisor trying to fix it, I was told that it would be fixed in 48
hours or less! About two hours later, I was told it was fixed. Then this
weekend, I started getting mails wanting to know where my page was. Sure
enough it was missing. Yesterday, I called tech service again, and they
didn't have a clue (DUH); so today, I talked with the president of my ISP
and he said he would get back to me. Well in about 10 minutes, he had it
figured out and asked a pregnant question "Have you talked with tech
service in the past couple of weeks?) Of course, I said yes. It seems the
"fix" to my e-mail problem was to DELETE my account and reinstate it! This
of course wiped out my web page.
Now after two hours, it is back up and running! Please let me know if you
have any difficulties especially with any of the downloads as I have not
yet tested them:{(
Sorry for any in-convince, but maybe I have learned a lesson to check
EVERYTHING when talking to tech service:{(
