Bridgeport drum switch heaters for boss 3/4

Hi.I have an old Boss3,that has been retro'd to a 4,and I also
switched from 460,to 230 volts.The big drum switch,that looks like it
was made by OEM electronics ,is kicking out.I need to install new
heaters,or replace the switch with one that will handle the increased
ampload.Does anyone out there have a good switch,or a set o'heaters?
