Re: photographs and obtain 3d images.

Hi,
How about that IR proximity detector that was mentioned a
few weeks back? I thought it was about $300 bucks(?), but would
do much of what you talking about. You'd just need to get software
to collect the data like a digitizing head. I wonder how fine
the resolution on it would be...
