I am using CNCPro by Doug Yeager.. It has a straight forward interface. Link at my web site on the Links page or the Download Page.
The CNCPro demo is very limited, just 20 instructions available. But the program is relatively inexpensive.
I also have the MAXNC software, but find keyboard jogging interface real pitiful.
