125 V motors are SLO-SYN, not steppers. They are, in fact, the original device
that steppers evolved from. But, they are not optimized, in their windings, for
stepper use. What you want is motors matched to the machine, but you don't tell us
what size machine, what sort of materials (steel, aluminum, plastic) and whether
you want high performance, or anything that moves will make you happy.

Probably, but it is CAD only. You will also need a CAM program, to convert
a DXF or other format from acad to G-code, for most CNC programs.
