Hi, if you disassemble the nut on a ball screw you will have to put the
balls back into the track. Not an easy task, you can make a shaft the
diameter of the inner race and carefully move it to the shaft. A better way
is to wrap it in cloth, then tape over it with vinyl electricians tape and
leave it on the shaft. Some ballscrews use slightly different sized balls in
some order, if that is the case you need precision instrument to read the
ball diam and restore them back in the same order. best advice; dont take it
