Hi, they sound like boost/buck transformers, since 206 plus 30 volts is 236
or very close to 240 volts. a pair of tranny's can convert 3 phase "Y" 208
to 240 3 phase "Y"...a better balanced way is to use 3 tranny's. cul brian
