Chris, It looks like you missed DeskWinNC. It is a Windows based,
serial port controller that is around $200. The serial port lets it
have quite high SPS rates without requiring anything special in the
way of the computer motherboard. It is based on EMC, so it has a
good selection of G-code capability, including Cutter comp
(G41,42,40), which is missing from most of the ones you have listed.

Also Kellycam is windows based with some unique capabilities if you
want to look at that one.
