From my experience with the dxf to g-code converters that is a true
statement Tim. What I have been doing is drawing up the part, saving the
drawing, offsetting the outlines the proper amount, saving the offset
outlines as a DXF file and then using the dxf to g-code conversion to get
what I want. I personally have had much better luck with using FlashCUT for
dxf to g-code conversion than I have had with ACEconverter.
