If you're prepared to do you own board design and layout,
there are a couple of nice IC's at www.alltronics.com
that integrate pretty much everything you'd need for
a bipolar chopper drive. But for the controller/driver
it's the current and voltage ratings of the motor that you want,
which determines the motor's power output.
i.e. depends on what it is you want to drive.
Nema describes the shaft and mounting footprint only I think.
