I have two 1.5" dia. propeller shafts about 8' long. One is monel and
the other is stainless. Neither one is hardened. What I was thinking was
to make teflon bushings to slide these shafts. Has anyone experience
with a setup like this ? Do you think it would have enough precision to
make signs?
