Hi Dave,
For Vector CAD/CAM, he needs to use the Draw, Other Curves, Offset.
Vector will generate the tool paths for him. I'd also suggest that
Vector questions be asked on the Vector forum, you'd be surprised how
FAST Fred is at answering them there!

On the tool radius comp, are you wanting to add it? Want to collaborate
on it? It's something I thought would be interesting to do, although
Vector's tool paths are working fine for me! There are some good
explanations in EMC on the topic.
