Well that is true but with a mill drill you have zero knee movement
and that is a problem also. No doubt one would need to use the knee
for the Z on these smaller bench top mills.
The AS1 style had more quill movement if I remember correctly.
Aren't most large CNC mills have the movement on the Knee..?
Are there any disadvantages to cnc ing the knee instead of the quill
except for the larger motors required..?
