With switch-mode power supplies there is usually a minimum current draw
requirement for the supply to be stable...they can oscillate below the
minimum...I think it's a pretty low current however with ATX.
The 5V supply is probably the only one husky enough to reuse...maybe the +12
will do s few amps, but the high current capability is on the 5V supply.
