A firm by name "Helical". These are EDM-formed anodized aluminum, with
"clamp-on" fixing, not "set-screw". They cost about $30 each, alone, in
single-lots! They are excellent for this kind of use!

You can almost-surely do an internet-search on-line for Helical and find
their on-line catalog.

Another firm which makes "bellows" type couplings is "Servometer".
