Yes and there really are two arc centers. The red one drawn in with
I and J dotted to it is the arc center for the short path. This one
is produced with i0 j-.5.

I should have drawn in the second arc center which is at 0,0 and is
produced by i.5 j0.

This thread taught me a lot about i and j.
