Peter,
I have just finished writing a small program I can use to scale a
gcode file(i.e. make it bigger or smaller).
I have only run it a couple of time so far but it worked OK.
It scales X,Y,Z, & I,J,K(circle commands), only.

You could scale the inch based code by 25.4 and maybe get what you
are after.

If you want the file give me a yell and I will email it.
